Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Patient Care: Perform dental hygiene services and periodontal treatments within the licensed scope of practice.
  • Patient Interaction: Provide a 5-star patient experience, from welcoming patients to ensuring their comfort during treatment.
  • Chairside Assistance: Support the dentist during patient examinations and treatments when necessary.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene, pre- and post-treatment care, and long-term dental health practices.
  • Dental Procedures: Skilled in taking dental x-rays, intra-oral scans, and photographs.
  • Infection Control: Strictly adhere to infection control protocols, sterilizing instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate treatment records, including periodontal charting, dental charting, and treatment plans.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and restock supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program.
  • A positive, patient-first attitude with a passion for providing exceptional care.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
